You’ll meet with me once a week for a personalized,
interactive lesson, designed to give you intensive speaking
practice in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
What to Expect
Each session will focus on building your confidence through engaging activities and real conversations. Here’s how we’ll do it:
Interactive Role-Playing. You’ll put yourself into real-life scenarios — from ordering at a café to asking for directions — to practice speaking naturally. And no worries, I’ll be there to gently guide you if you get stuck!Visual Aids & Props. We’ll use flashcards, props, and images to jump-start conversations. For example, I might flash a photo of an Italian market and ask, “Che cosa compri?” You’ll respond in the moment — just like in a real conversation!
Overcoming the Freeze. We’ll practice coping strategies for those moments when your brain feels blocked. I’ll share survival phrases and fillers that help you stay engaged, even when you’re unsure of what to say.
Essential Phrases & Politeness. You’ll master everyday expressions and polite phrases that will give you the confidence to start conversations anywhere — whether you’re chatting with locals at an Italian piazza or on your next trip to Italy.
Thinking in Italian. The goal is to stop translating in your head and start thinking directly in Italian. Through fun exercises, we’ll retrain your brain to react instinctively in Italian, making conversations flow naturally.
