I think this is an excellent way to improve your language skills and brush up on your knowledge of art. I’ve listened to several already and find them quite entertaining. It’s almost… almost like being there! Not only that– there is the added benefit of having a personal guide explain the work of art to you. Not bad, right?

In addition to practicing listening skills, if you are interested in conversation practice, I now offer half-hour Skype chat sessions. I am having the best time getting to know Studentessa Matta followers, and we are having such enjoyable conversations. Most of the people I’m chatting with are looking to overcome their shyness in talking. They also want to ask questions about the language, grammar, increase their vocabulary, and practice their Italian accents. Our sessions are relaxed, informal and we have so much fun together that generally the chats tend to run a little longer—that’s an added benefit and my added gift to you!
It’s a great way to share your passion for the Italian language with someone and give you that extra motivation to keep learning.
