Questa settimana qui a Lucca siamo stati benedetti con cieli limpidi—cieli azzurri senza nuvole—così come giorni di pioggia. Ora che ottobre è arrivato, è evidente che il tempo sta cambiando da calde giornate estive a fresche giornate autunnali. Con le giornate che si accorciano e si raffreddano, il clima sta passando dal secco all’umido.
This past week here in Lucca, we have been blessed with cieli limpidi—clear blue skies—as well as giorni di pioggia—rainy days. Now that October is upon us, it is evident that the weather is changing from hot summer days to cool autumnal ones. With the days growing shorter and cooler, the weather is shifting from dry to wet.
