Welcome Home to Desenzano on Lake Garda: Claudia is certified to teach Italian to foreigners. She holds two certificates: one gained in Sydney, at the University of New South Wales (LOTE – certificate in teaching Language Other Than English) and the other one in Italy: DITALS I certification from the prestigious University for Foreigners of Siena. Recognitions that attest her proficiency in teaching Italian to non-native speakers.
Claudia’s two years in Australia gave her profound insight into the challenges and rewards of living and learning in a foreign country. Inspired by her English teacher, she began teaching Italian to cruise ship crew members, refining her skills in working with diverse nationalities while traveling extensively around the globe. Following her time onboard, she continued her teaching journey in Sydney, where she spent a year leading classes for adults at renowned institutions specializing in Italian as a second language, including Co.as.it and the Italian Cultural Institute.
Now, she’s excited to welcome students to her beautiful home in one of Lake Garda’s most popular villages.
