Ciao a tutti! Si chiama: How to Stand Out from the crowd of Tourists and Thrive (Instead of just survive) in Italy”.
Hi everyone! Today I have something fun to share with you. My friend Cher Hale has written a new and improved guide for travelers in Italy. It is called “Not Your Typical Tourist Phrasebook: How to Stand Out from the crowd of Tourists and Thrive (Instead of just survive) in Italy”.
Cher has designed a program for all those who want to know more than just a handful of odd useless travel phrases, but instead, wish to dive into the language in order to have normal conversations with local folks. Her guidebook includes everything that you need to travel in Italy…how to take public transportation, how to exchange money, how to make reservations, how to shop, what do in case of an emergency, and a lot more!
I think that you will like the material in “Not Your Typical Tourist Phrasebook”. In addition to having lots of great suggestions and interesting tidbits, the guide is also delightfully illustrated. You can see that Cher and her colleagues had a lot of fun designing this new language guide. Their passion for the language is very evident.
My name is Cher, and I created the Not Your Typical Tourist Workbook to offer lovers of Italy a way to learn exactly what they need to know for their next trip minus the overwhelm. This isn’t just a package on how to say phrases to survive in Italy. It’s guided and consistent practice with Italian so you can get what you need as a traveler, enjoy a trip off of the beaten path, and make connections that will last you a lifetime. When you get the Not Your Typical Tourist phrasebook and workbook, you’re declaring that settling for phrases that barely get you by isn’t enough anymore. You’re ready to experience more of what Italy has to offer. It’s about learning enough Italian to create deeper connections in a country you’ve fallen head-over-heels for.
In the workbook, we do that by working through sections complete with sample dialogues, phrases, travel tips, cocktail party facts, and exercises guaranteed to help you focus on what’s most relevant for your trip. When you take advantage of these tools, your studies will be more focused, your anxiety about speaking reduced, and your confidence in how well you can get by on your own will increase.
Grazie Cher! Complimenti per la nuova guida!
Learning the Italian language you can’t ever stop practicing and having a practical guide of typical questions that will need to be learned is always very helpful.
Mwah! Un bacione. Sending so much love your way & am obsessed with the top image you used of the quote. It’s gorgeous!
